Circular fire rated air transfer grilles for pipe and duct applications

Description

Pyrogrille 100 are manufactured using components made from intumescent material in a matrix formation, contained in a metal ring either side of the unit. The thickness of the units is 38mm

Can be supplied complete, in a steel duct section for ease of installation

Performance

Pyrogrille 100, have been, subjected to fire resistance tests in accordance with BS 476: Part 20: 1987 in a steel duct, passing through a partition wall

Application

Pyrogrille 100 is installed into the pipe or duct section using mechanical fixings, passing through the wall of the pipe or duct and into the metal ring of the grille.

Gaps around the perimeter of the Pyrogrille 100, are sealed, using Pyromas A, intumescent sealant.

Standard colour is black

Maintenance

With no moving parts, the Pyrogrille 100 does not require maintaining. However, a periodic inspection, would be recommended.
